We extend our appreciation to all faculty, administrators, and staff who participated in various stages of conference planning. In particular, we thank Rachel Spronken-Smith for enduring massive cyberspace communication in the intervening year leading up to the conference. Her good humor and optimism were unfailing throughout the process.
