Poster Format Requirements

To facilitate easier processing, reviewing, and publishing all submissions, PLEASE adhere to the following:

Use 12-point Times New Roman font in your proposal.
Adopt single-spacing throughout the document.
Double space (instead of indent) to designate a new paragraph or section.
Top, bottom, and side margins should be no less than 7/8 of an inch or 2.2 cm.
Draft a cover page that includes title, authors, their affiliations, their contact information, and the theme supported by the submission.
Repeat title, authors and affiliations at head of body of proposal.
Titles should not exceed ten words.
Summarize your submission in an abstract of 500 or fewer words.

Poster Recommendations:
Size: 841 x 594 mm (33 x 24 inches)
Text Clarity: 2 meters
Aesthetics: Please consider using the medium of the poster as a great way to communicate visually and to inspire interesting conversation with those attending the session. Creativity is welcome.

*Please DO NOT substitute a print paper for a poster.
Deadline for submissions is February 15, 2007.
