COMMUNICATIONS

It is vital for our attendees to stay in touch with family, friends and colleagues during the conference.  This page is to assist you in that endeavor.

INTERNET ACCESS:

Internet access will be available in the conference area in our internet café.  Upon registration, please let us know if you need to simply access the wireless network via your personal computer or if you will need to use a computer.  We will be happy to assist you.

 

INTERNET ACCESS in IUT ACCOMODATIONS:

• The Simon Hotel has internet access without bringing an ethernet cable. 

• The Dorm rooms on campus have internet access, but you must bring an ethernet cable.

• The Townhouses on campus have internet access, but you must bring an ethernet cable.

• The Hyatt Regency Hotel has wired internet access in the hotel rooms for an additional charge.

• The Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference center has wired internet access in the hotel rooms for an additional charge.

VIDEO CALLING:

Skype is an excellent video calling service that is free to use.  You will need to have a webcam for your computer.  The person you are calling will need to have a webcam as well.  Learn more about Skype and download here
