Flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), Seattle, Washington

Quick Shuttle provides ground transportation from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  Reservations can be made online at http://www.quickcoach.com/.  Pick up for the shuttle is at door 00 on the south end of arrivals.  Tickets must be booked in advance for a guaranteed seat on the shuttle.  Discounts are available by booking online and purchases can be made in U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars.  Quick Shuttle has a variety of drop off locations in downtown Vancouver, including the Hyatt Vancouver. 
Transportation to Simon Fraser University from the Hyatt Vancouver:
Board the Vancouver City Bus #135. This will take you from the Hyatt Vancouver to Simon Fraser University, Burnaby Campus. The rate is approximately $3.75CAD.  The bus will drop you off in the middle of campus within a short walk to the dorms, the Simon Hotel, and the conference space. 

Flying into Vancouver

Airporter Bus:  The “Airporter” bus provides transportation to many downtown Vancouver hotels.

To/From Vancouver International Airport:

Airporter Bus: Bright green bus labeled “Airporter”
From the airport: Departs from both the domestic and international terminals on a regular basis and will drop off directly at Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

To the airport: Scheduled pickups begin at 7:55 a.m. at the hotel. Please see the concierge for  exact schedule.

Tickets may be purchased at the hotel, airport or on the bus. Cost is $13.75 CAD one way, $21.50 CAD roundtrip per adult, $6.50 CAD one way, $13.00 CAD round trip for children. Senior and family discounts are available. For more information, visit http://www.yvrairporter.com/

Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport 24-hours a day, including wheelchair accessible vans. Taxi queue areas are located at both the domestic and international arrivals terminals. Approximate cost to the Hyatt: $35.00 CAD

Taxi:  From the Hyatt Regency Vancouver to Simon Fraser University, the cost is approximately $50-60CAD.  Once near the campus, give the taxi driver the following instructions to help you get to Simon Hotel and other accommodation check in:

To Simon Fraser University Burnaby Campus:

Drive up Gaglardi Way,
Head straight past Security,
Passing the bus loop, take a left at the stop sign,
Continue in the right hand lane driving past a parking lot,
On the next street, take a left (West Campus Rd),
Take your next left into the Residence Parking Lot
Head straight until you reach the end of the parking lot or the Dining Hall,
Walk directly below the Dining Hall to reach the Residence Admin Office for check in.

For the Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre Coquitlam:

Skytrain:  Using the Millenium line, the Skytrain station at Lougheed Towne Centre is closest to the Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre.  To see the Skytrain schedule, visit http://www.skytrain.info/Default.aspx.

Taxi:  to/from the airport and the Hotel/Conference Centre is about $50-60 CAD.

Shuttle service will be available during the conference to and from Simon Fraser University.
