This year we have arranged for a variety of accommodations; from modest but comfortable student dorms, to a budget priced hotel, up to a 4 star luxury hotel. We are confident there are rooms to fit everyone's budget. All accommodations are minutes from the conference and in the heart of Glasgow.
The Glasgow Accommodations Web Site is the OFFICIAL conference accommodation reservation site. Please remember to reserve your rooms through this site. Other online booking agencies will not have the package deals we have worked out for our conference attendees. Please note that after 17th June 2008 availability and conference rates cannot be guaranteed.

Strathclyde University Dorms and Apartments
The student resident dorms offer some of the best views of Glasgow from their position up the hill behind the conference meeting center. Each room has a single bed, a desk, closet and bathroom.
The cost for these rooms is 33 GBP or about $67.56 US dollars per night and includes breakfast.

Premier Inn George Square
This hotel is situated within yards of George Square and just across from the conference meeting center. The hotel includes the vibrant and colorful Slice restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Our conference rate includes breakfast.
- Single rate is 71 GBP or $145 USD
- Double rate is 78 GBP or $160 USD
Millennium Hotel
Located just opposite of George Square in the heart of Glasgow, the Millennium is a four star luxury hotel. The hotel is just a short 5 minute walk from the University conference location at 50 George Street.
We have special arrangements for the IUT rooms which include breakfast, access to The Club Lounge, PC computer and Internet in the lounge and complimentary drinks from 7pm to 8 pm each evening. All IUT room rooms will have free Internet access (a $40 value), 10% discount on food and beverages, and a 10% discount at the Soul Therapies Health and Beauty Spa that is located in the hotel. The room rates are as follows:

To enable conference participants the maximum time to interact with colleagues from around the world, the IUT conference registration fee includes lunch, snack breaks and the opening and closing dinners. There is an additional charge for meals for your guest/travel partner(s) which will be posted on the registration site.
