Registration information
due to the overwhelming reponse to this conference, registration is now limited to presenters (and their guests), board members and moderators. These individuals should contact iut@uwf.edu for a direct link to register.
Please note that we have extended the early bird rates. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
Registration fees include conference activities, opening and closing dinners, lunches and breaks. The rates are as follows:
- Regular Registration: $625 - Early Bird Rate (paid before April 26) $575!
- Students/Retirees: $450- Early Bird Rate (paid before April 26) $400!
In addition to the conference, attendees and their guests can register for several other events:
- Opening Reception and Dinner at the Barony Tuesday, July 29: $100 for Travel Partners/Guest
(Free with registration but you must indicate if you will be there)
- Civic Reception - Free but registration is required
- Closing Dinner at the Tall Ship, Friday, August 1: $110 for Travel Partner/Guest
(Free with registration but you must indicate if you will be there)
- Two pre-conference tours. Details of the tours are available on the Conference Tours page.
- Kids Nite! - Supervised children's activities for the opening dinner, civic reception, and closing night dinner will be hosted in the Premier Inn under the watchful eye of Ms. Jacklyn Alford. Jacklyn runs our summer camps and is extremely knowledgable and child friendly. The cost per child for each event is $25 and includes meal, drink, dessert and activities. You can add this option when you register.
