round table guidelines

Another new format for this year will be the Round Table discussions. A Round Table session is an opportunity for you to speak to a small group of conference participants about a specific point or teaching idea. These sessions are 30 minutes in length.

In this format the presenter will discuss in about 10 to 15 minutes a teaching method or topic related to our conference theme. In the remaining 15 to 20 minutes those at the table will enter into discussion to share their ideas or methods.

There will be several round table discussions going on simultaneously in the same room. Therefore you need to speak clearly and load enough so those at your table can hear you. Please prepare ahead of time to make sure you cover your points but still allow enough time for discussion.

abstract FORMAT REQUIREMENTS:

To facilitate easier processing, reviewing, and publishing all submissions, PLEASE follow this checklist:

DEADLINE for abstract submission is December 17, 2007.
