Workshop Format Requirements
Workshops should provide a hands-on experience that involves the conference participants in in-depth active learning. Time and space limits the number of workshops slots available during the conference and as part of pre-conference activities. Workshops of 3 hours will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2008; before the opening dinner. All other workshops should be 90 or 40 minutes in duration to fit within regular conference scheduling.
To facilitate processing, reviewing, and publishing all submissions, PLEASE adhere to the following:
- Use 12-point Times New Roman font in your proposal.
- On cover page, identify maximum number of participants, list any special equipment or space requirements, and specify preferred time: 40, 90, 180 minutes (pre-conference).
- Adopt single-spacing throughout the document.
- Double space (instead of indent) to designate a new paragraph or section.
- Place page numbers at the bottom center of each page.
- Top, bottom, and side margins should be no less than 7/8 of an inch or 2.2 cm.

- Titles should not exceed ten words.
- Include a two sentence summary that will go into the program if your abstract is selected.
